Book printing and binding

Simple paper back binding:

Print pages in blooklet format.
Fold pages.
Punch holes.
Sew book up in groups no larger than 100, then sew the groups together.
Cover stitching with colored duct tape.


Nicer hard cover:

Same as above, except that instead of using tape to cover stitching, use some of Sheila Summer's ideas from her Bookbinding Tutorial.
